Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in electronic assembly within a manufacturing or production environment. The role involves assembling hardware subassemblies using drawings, work instructions, and defined procedures. The candidate will perform product inspection, basic test verification, and quality checks against requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations.
• Record traceability, inspection, and test data accurately.
• Identify, document, and help resolve assembly defects and nonconformities.
• Work with controlled materials, including shelf-life verification requirements.
• Apply working knowledge of quality-focused manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• Must-Haves (Hard Skills): Ability to read drawings, work instructions, and defined procedures.
• Must-Haves (Soft Skills): Quality-focused approach.
• Degree Requirements: High School Diploma.
• Nice-To-Haves (Hard Skills): Experience with PCB assemblies, cable assemblies, and harnesses.
