Mechanic - Fleet and Small Engine

$3,000 hiring bonus after 90 days. Kabredlo's Property is hiring a skilled Fleet and Small Engine Mechanic for our growing team. You'll maintain and repair a wide range of equipment - fleet vehicles, lawn mowers, snow blowers, leaf blowers, lifts, and construction machinery. We're looking for someone with strong diagnostic skills, a solid mechanical background, and a commitment to quality work. Pay and Benefits Starting at $25/hour or more based on experience.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair fleet vehicles and small engine equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Replace and repair faulty parts and components
• Perform tire service, welding, and soldering as needed
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and keep service records

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of mechanic experience preferred
• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with fleet vehicles and small engines preferred
• Able to work independently and lift up to 50 pounds
