Mechanic III – Industrial Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support a high-volume beverage manufacturing operation. This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production equipment to ensure efficient plant performance.

Pay & Incentives:

• $32 to $45 per hour.
• $1,000 sign-on bonus (after 90 days)
• $500 retention bonuses at 6 months and 1 year
• Annual merit increases

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical (120V–480V), and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Support installation, testing, and optimization of production equipment
• Follow safety procedures including LOTO and confined space protocols
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and SQF standards
• Document work orders, inspections, and maintenance activity

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (beverage/food manufacturing preferred)
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments
• Steamer certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
