Qualifications: | Must be 25 years of age or older Must have High School Diploma or equivalent Must possess a valid drivers' license and have not less than five years of driving experience with an unrestricted operators' license. Must be willing to obtain within 60 days a CDL license with P and S endorsements and drive routes as needed. (Training provided) TBI/FBI background check is required DCS background check is required. D.O.T. physical is required Pre-employment and random drug testing required. CPR and First Aid training * Annual MVR. Strong computer and communication skills. |
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: | Advanced knowledge of diesel and fuel engine maintenance and repair Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs independently Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to pass U.S. Department of Transportation alcohol and drug tests and physical exam Ability to access and use service materials Ability to operate a bus Ability to communicate effectively with others |
