Description
Job Summary
This position is located in Western Midstream Rockies Region as a member of the DJ Basin Midstream organization in Longmont, CO.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-year experience in oil and gas required.
Ability to work in cooperative team environment
Computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook is required
Knowledge in maintenance and operation of gas engines and compressors preferred
Knowledge in maintenance and operation of gas processing plant equipment including various type pumps, fans, blowers and filters preferred

Responsibilities
Adhere to and enforce all applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental regulations
Maintain gathering and processing equipment including gas engines, electric motors, compressors, pumps, coolers and other rotating equipment
Read and understand maintenance/operations manuals for equipment specifications parts and procedures to make necessary repairs
Organize and maintain equipment records with preventative and predictive maintenance programs
Respond to call out requests as needed for maintenance and emergency situations
Accountable for personal safety, the safety of co-workers and promoting a safe work environment
Work closely with representatives of equipment manufacturers
Work around heavy equipment and in variable environmental conditions
Maintain good housekeeping practices
Obtain and maintain relevant certification for maintenance tasks on equipment in area of responsibility
Maintain communications, provide ideas, raise concerns, and work with other functions including plant and field supervision, operations, I&E, other maintenance employees, clerical staff, and contractors
Maintain truck and tools including minor maintenance of truck and attachments to ensure proper working condition at all times
Provide individual accountability for hand tools and other specialty diagnostic equipment
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Certifications/Licenses:
Candidate must possess a valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle.
Relevant Gas and Electric driven compression package certifications preferred
Travel Requirements:
The percentage of travel required for this position is 0 - 10%.
Work Schedule:
This position is on a shift schedule and may be required to work overtime, weekends, on call, and holidays.
Candidate must live within 60 miles of Ft. Lupton, CO.
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $42.00 - $50.75; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, this position is eligible to participate in the Western Midstream Cash Bonus Program, plus offers a competitive benefits package that emphasizes pay-for-performance compensation, work/life balance, premium health benefits, and a top-tier savings plan.
