Mechanic/Maintenance Technician

Coachman's Golf Resort is seeking a reliable and skilled Mechanic/Maintenance Technician for our Edgerton, WI location. This position is responsible for maintaining the resort's facilities, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe, well-functioning, and high-quality experience for our guests and staff.What's the role?Key responsibilities includes:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort facilities, golf course equipment, and machineryTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and minor HVAC issuesAssist with preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliabilityMaintain and service golf course and grounds equipment as neededRespond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situationsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and regulationsCoordinate with management and other departments as neededWhat experience and skills do I need to be successful?Previous maintenance or mechanic experience required (golf course or resort experience preferred)Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenanceAbility to diagnose and repair equipment issues efficientlyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditionsReliable, self-motivated, and team-orientedFlexible availability, including weekends and occasional holidaysGreat Perks and Benefits:This position offers:Competitive payFlexible or seasonal schedulingOpportunities to learn and grow within the resortQualified candidates will first complete a phone screen, followed by an interview with our hiring team!"
