Were recruiting for a full-time mechanic to join an independent car dealership in Maldon. This is a Monday to Friday role with overtime available and a varied mix of servicing, diagnostics, and repair work. If youre experienced in the workshop and enjoy working in a smaller, close-knit team, this could be a great fit.

About the Role

Youll be responsible for a range of mechanical tasks, from routine maintenance and servicing to more involved jobs like cambelts, timing chains, and diagnostics. Its a hands-on role where youll be working across different vehicle makes and models, getting stuck into mechanical work.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Overtime available

Key Duties

• Vehicle maintenance and routine servicing
• Cambelts, timing chains, and general mechanical repairs
• Diagnostics and fault-finding
• Keeping accurate records of work completed

Key Requirements

• Previous experience working as a mechanic (essential)
• Confident in fault-finding and repair across different makes/models
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
