Duties and responsibilities
- Maintain and upkeep all equipment.
- Maintain and upkeep all company vehicles.
- Maintain and upkeep grounds – using tractor and hand-held weed eater.
- Support operators with cleaning and painting equipment.
- Assist in making heavy lifts with equipment.
- Assist superintendents with equipment as needed.
- Assist in repairing tools and ensuring that they are up to company standard.
Critical Demands
- Repetitive forward bending, rotation of the trunk, and flexing of the hips and knees.
- Lifting no greater than 50 lbs. from floor to 6 ft. work surface unassisted.
- Repetitive upper extremity movements.
- Sustained lifting 25-35 lbs. at arm’s reach above head.
Working Conditions
- Work is outdoors or in open warehouse. There is some air conditioning and heating. Uneven surfaces throughout job site, with sand, limestone, and concrete outside. Numerous trip hazards throughout.
