Job Title: Hydraulic Valve Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Valve Technician to inspect, repair, and test hydraulic valves and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting hydraulic components, working with various types of hydraulic valves with various pressure ratings, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Technical Repair & Diagnostics

• Diagnose failures using pressure gauges, flow meters, and other diagnostic tools.
• Disassemble, clean, repair, and rebuild hydraulic components including pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, and related assemblies.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair hydraulic valves, including directional, pressure control, and flow control valves.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair hydraulic valves, including directional, pressure control, and flow control valves.
• Fabricate, cut, crimp, and install hydraulic hoses, tubing, and fittings.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Maintain repair documentation, service records, and parts logs.
  
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
• Coordinate ordering of materials and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining equipment, tools, and testing machinery.
  
• General mechanical aptitude
