Job Summary
As a Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will help keep our equipment running safely and efficiently. You will repair, install, and maintain different types of industrial and mobile equipment to reduce downtime. You will also work closely with the Operations leadership team and other team members, follow safety rules, and help support daily operations in the facility.
What you'll be doing:
Requirements to be successful in this position:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial, heavy equipment, or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred); 5+ years experience preferred.
Solid skills in several of the following areas:
Hydraulics
Welding
Pneumatics
Electrical
Plumbing
Electrical experience preferred, including exposure to:
Low-voltage systems
AC/DC electrical systems
Control wiring and powered equipment
VFD and PLC troubleshooting (preferred)
Prior experience as a heavy equipment mechanic, industrial or diesel mechanic required.
Experience as welder, fabricator, millwright, boilermaker preferred.
Certifications preferred but not required.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and respond quickly in fast-paced environments
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and possibly on-call hours
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physical capability to perform the job (lift up to 75 lbs., bend, crawl, and climb ladders)
Strong focus on safety and environmental awareness.
Ability to read, write, and understand English and follow verbal or written instructions.
Willing to help with any tasks assigned by the Operations leaders
Experience using a CMMS system is helpful.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with supervisors, vendors, and team members.
Self‑starter who can work independently and follow company goals and policies.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC card.
Ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements including but not limited to criminal history background check, MVR, drug & alcohol testing, fitness for duty
