Mechanic

Job Summary

• The Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of large and small engines
• Provide information and reports on equipment
• Ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and safely at all times  

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with basic truck and vehicle maintenance and repair
• Small engine, 2-cycle
• Diesel Engine, heavy and light equipment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Welding experience

Physical Demands/Requirements:

• Regular Heavy lifting up to 50 pounds
• Repetitive movement: standing, walking, twisting, turning, bending, squatting, stooping

Work Environment:

• Noise level in work environment is usually moderate, and Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions, including sun, rain, cold
