To ensure the safe operation and maintenance of all rides and attractions.
Responsibilities:- Maintain, erect, repair and troubleshoot rides and attractions to insure their safe and efficient operation with minimum supervision.
- Track ride parts inventory and submit request supply needs.
- Peform required maintenance to ensure rides are clean and in compliance with manufacturers specifications.
- Maintain compliance and documentation to manufacturer specifications, park standards, and state regulations.
- To inspect rides and attractions and notify the department leadership of any hazards that may endanger the general public of Darien Lake staff.
- Operate within the policies and procedures of Darien Lake.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards in area of responsibility.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs.
Qualifications:- Possess the ability to work at heights.
- Must possess own hand tools.
- Must have basic mechanical knowledge to include; gear reduction, pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical.
- Perform assisgned tasks in a safe manner.
- Must be able to read, understand and implement maintenance and inspection procedures.
- Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid New York State Drivers License and successful completion of Darien Lake Vehicle Training program.
