Job Summary
+ The Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of large and small engines
+ Provide information and reports on equipment
+ Ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and safely at all times
Education and Experience:
+ Minimum 2 years of experience with basic truck and vehicle maintenance and repair
+ Small engine, 2-cycle
+ Diesel Engine, heavy and light equipment
+ Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
+ Welding experience
Physical Demands/Requirements:
+ Regular Heavy lifting up to 50 pounds
+ Repetitive movement: standing, walking, twisting, turning, bending, squatting, stooping
Work Environment:
+ Noise level in work environment is usually moderate, and Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions, including sun, rain, cold
