Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Monday through Friday

As a Mechanic Tech II, you'll support daily maintenance needs across production and facility equipment. You'll work closely with the maintenance team to keep operations running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.


What You’ll Do


As a Mechanic Tech II, you will be responsible for:

• Performing mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Maintaining and repairing pumps, motors, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment
• Supporting industrial piping and plumbing work, including installation, repair, and modifications
• Completing pipefitting and pipe welding projects using stainless and/or carbon steel
• Performing welding tasks (MIG, TIG, and/or stick) for repairs and fabrication
• Assisting with basic electrical and facility maintenance as needed
• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, blueprints, equipment manuals, and (preferably) P&IDs and weld symbols
• Documenting work performed and communicating equipment status and repair needs to the team
• Following safety procedures, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting continuous improvement efforts

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or process environment
• Hands-on experience with mechanical equipment repair, piping, and basic electrical/facility maintenance
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG, and/or stick) in an industrial setting
• Experience with pipefitting and pipe welding (stainless and/or carbon steel)
• Working knowledge of pumps, motors, gearboxes, rotating equipment, and piping systems
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, equipment manuals, and P&IDs
