Mechanic Technician

FieldBridge Energy seeks a Belle Fourche, SD-based Mechanic Technician to work for the world's 2nd largest oilfield service company. Weekly pay + benefits.

Pay / Schedule: $24/hour, M-F 6 am to 2:00 pm + OT. At 50 hours per week, earn gross weekly paychecks of $1,320 gross.

Job Summary

The Mechanic Technician performs preventive/predictive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs a variety of mechanical equipment relative to their assigned location.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs function testing to verify equipment readiness after maintenance.
• Ensures adherence to and accurate maintenance of, as well as input of, data into Halliburton's system of record.
• Performs own work and assists others as directed.
• Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
• Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
• Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Previous experience with maintenance and preventive maintenance of processing equipment.
• Proficient in understanding/interpreting mechanical schematics/drawings/prints.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety.
