Location: Hot Springs, AR

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Day Shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM | Monday-Friday

Looking for a hands-on entry-level opportunity in a manufacturing or shop environment? Join our team as a Mechanic Technician where you'll gain experience working with mechanical components, tools, and equipment while building a long-term skilled trades career.

Mechanic Technician Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude or strong interest in hands-on work.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Prior shop, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus (not required).
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Mechanic Technician Job Duties:

• Disassemble mechanical components using basic hand and power tools.
• Clean, prepare, and process parts using shop equipment and procedures.
• Inspect components for wear, damage, or defects.
• Organize, label, and stage parts for reassembly or next steps.
• Follow detailed work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support team members with general shop and production tasks as needed.
