Mechanic

NOW HIRING: Experienced Mechanic – Vernon, Tx
Location: Mobeetie, Tx
Payrate: $30-$40/hour + $150 PER DIEM (pay is negotiable based on experience and skill level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inspection and service to equipment and vehicles.
• Examines equipment and vehicles to determine nature and extent of damage or malfunction
• Raises vehicle, with hydraulic jack or hoist, to gain access to mechanical units bolted to underside of vehicle.
• Removes unit such as engine, transmission, or differential.
• Repairs or replaces parts such as pistons, rods, gears, valves, and bearing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on mechanical experience
• Associate’s degree or technical training preferred
• Equivalent work experience will be considered
• CDL preferred (not required)
