What You'll Do:Lead and manage multiple mechanical and plumbing construction projects, from kickoff to close-out.Supervise and mentor a team of Project Engineers.Review contracts, create budgets, develop schedules, and drive timely, on-budget delivery.Work with field teams to ensure quality, compliance, and safety.Build strong client relationships and represent CES in a business development capacity.Spearhead change orders, procurement, billing, and more - while always keeping the big picture in focus. What You Bring:5+ years in mechanical construction project management; 2.5+ in a supervisory role.Proven knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical piping.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.A drive to mentor others and elevate team performance.Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred (or equivalent experience).A valid Florida driver's license (and insurability).
