About the Opportunity
We are seeking Mechanical Assemblers responsible for building and assembling commercial units and components according to specifications and quality standards. In this role, you will perform hands-on assembly work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, using tools and following detailed procedures to ensure product accuracy and efficiency. You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

What You'll Do as a Mechanical Assembler:- Assemble units and components according to engineering drawings and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete precise assembly tasks
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality and specification compliance
- Report defects, shortages, or equipment issues promptly to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment while following all PPE and safety guidelines
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving assembly-related issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and quality
What You Need to Bring to the Mechanical Assembler Role:- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
