Hire Dynamics is seeking mechanical assembler associates in a facility in South Charlotte!
Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description: Responsible for ensuring that products are produced in the required quality, desired quantity, and within the specified cost/production cycle times.
Tasks to Perform:
- Adherence to workplace safety guidelines
- Adherence to quality assurance guidelines
- Notification of supervisor in case of improper equipment conditions and quality issues with components - Proper handling of hazardous substances (e.g. liquid nitrogen)
- Assistance to the shift supervisor/maintenance in maintenance tasks on equipment and fixtures
- Retrieval and booking of equipment/assembly materials from shelves
- Completion of production-related documentation
- Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace
- Assembly - Operation of machines, equipment, and control systems according to work instructions/test instructions
- Assembly and packaging of components as per work instructions
- Quality - Conducting production-related measurement inspections
Compensation:
Available Schedules:
- Monday-Friday 6am-230pm
- Monday-Thursday 3pm-1:30m
