Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler I to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling small mechanical components and electronic modules, performing equipment testing, and following established assembly procedures to ensure product quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing or assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble small mechanical components and electronic modules according to established work instructions and procedures.
Follow standardized assembly processes to ensure quality and accuracy.
Operate hand tools and other mechanical assembly equipment safely and effectively.
Perform functional testing and inspections of assembled units.
Identify and report quality concerns, defects, or process issues.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
Adhere to safety, quality, and manufacturing guidelines.
Support production goals and assist with additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
Experience assembling small mechanical and/or electrical components.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and specifications.
Comfortable using hand tools and testing equipment.
Basic computer skills and experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, valve production, or a related industry.
Familiarity with electromechanical assembly processes.
Experience performing product testing and troubleshooting.
1+ years of SVI (Smart Valve Interface) Assembler experience assembling small mechanical components and sourced electronic modules in different stages and executing testing process for the units.
