Position: Mechanical Assembler

Pay: $20.50 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM–2:30 PM | Friday 5:00 AM–1:30 PM | Every Other Friday Off

City: Rancho Cucamonga
Job Summary:
The Mechanical Assembler performs hands-on assembly of mechanical components and assemblies in a manufacturing environment. This position requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and work instructions while following production, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components, parts, and assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Use basic hand tools and assembly tools to complete production work.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical assembly issues.
• Inspect assembled components for proper fit, accuracy, and quality.
• Support manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes as needed.
• Follow production specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous mechanical assembly, production assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic to intermediate blueprint and schematic reading skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly skills.
• Experience working with hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow technical drawings and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing team environment.
