Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience assembling industrial, automotive, or electromechanical parts
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and quality control
