Mechanical Assemblers/Fabricators needed in the Gahanna/Blacklick, Baltimore (Ohio), and Groveport/Lockbourne areas.
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:15pm - 1:45am
Pay Rate based on experience and interview but ranges between $19-26/hr.
Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities:
- Assembly of a variety of simple to complex metal materials and products.
- Must have attention to detail, be detail oriented, and care about the work that you do.
Mechanical Assembler Requirements:
- Min. 1-2 yrs. knowledge + experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints +/or schematics.
- Mechanically inclined: able to use a variety of power/air and hand tools including riveting.
- Physical ability to stand, squat, bend, reach, pull and push during course of an 8 hour shift.
- High attention to detail & fine tactical ability.
- Organizational skills.
- Pallet jack experience
- Ability to take direction; work independently as well as a part of a team.
