Position: Mechanical Assembler

Pay: $19hr

Location: Tulsa, OK area

Overview:
We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to assemble crane components, hydraulic systems, and mechanical assemblies according to blueprints and bills of materials. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, experience using hand and power tools, and the ability to safely work with heavy components in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assemble crane components, bases, booms, motors, winches, and related assemblies according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs)
• Utilize hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools during assembly processes
• Install hydraulic hoses, motors, winches, and mechanical components
• Use overhead cranes and forklifts to position and move heavy materials safely
• Pull and organize parts required for assembly and create assembly kits as needed
• Perform basic electrical wiring and component connections according to assembly instructions
• Apply decals, labels, and perform touch-up work on finished products as required
• Verify proper product identification and documentation throughout the production process
• Conduct quality checks to ensure assemblies meet specifications and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of mechanical assembly, maintenance, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and bills of materials
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
• Forklift certification or experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate inventory or ERP systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent use of hand and arm muscles for assembly tasks
• Ability to lift 20-50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance or lifting equipment
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and climbing as needed
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and industrial manufacturing environments
• Frequent use of hand tools, pneumatic tools, forklifts, and overhead cranes
• Must be able to wear required PPE including safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, and hearing protection

Schedule:
• Monday - Friday, 5am - 1:30pm, with OT and some weekends

Pay: $19hr
