Mechanical Assembler - $22-$24/hr (Temp to Hire)
Location: Inglewood, CA
We're looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Mechanical Assembler with experience soldering SMT, Thru-hole to join our growing team. In this role, you'll assemble and fabricate mechanical components with precision, working closely with both mechanical and electrical systems to bring high-quality products to life.
Pay: $22-$24/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 6a-2p while in training, but client said start time is flexible- 5a/6a/or 7a work for them!

What You'll Do:
* Assemble mechanical components according to blueprints and specifications
* Fabricate parts using hand tools, machines, and soldering equipment
* Work with printed circuit boards (PCB) and follow IPC 610 standards
* Use measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters to verify accuracy
* Perform electrical wiring and connect logic controllers and related devices
* Inspect and test parts to maintain quality standards
* Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and improve assembly processes
* Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field preferred
- Experience with surface mount technology (SMT) is a plus
- Skilled in using hand tools, soldering, and measuring equipment
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and logic controllers is helpful
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive in solving problems
