Mechanical Assembly Technician
Location: Garland, TX 75042
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Pay: $19.00/hour
Position: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role
Assemble mechanical and electrical products according to blueprints and specifications while meeting quality and production standards.

Responsibilities
Assemble machinery, metal products, and equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Operate hand tools and production equipment.
Maintain production logs and perform basic equipment maintenance.
Inspect finished products for quality and report issues.
Track inventory of tools and supplies.
Work collaboratively and support a positive team environment.
Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
3+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Basic Microsoft Office and math skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Able to perform basic equipment repairs.
Team player with good communication skills.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and wear required PPE (gloves, safety goggles, etc.).
