Job Description
Join a growing prefabrication manufacturing team as an Assembler, where you will use your hands-on skills to build high-quality products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in industrial manufacturing, construction, mechanical assembly, carpentry, electrical work, or other skilled trades who enjoy working with tools, reading measurements, and following blueprints. Training is available for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, good dexterity, and a solid work ethic.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble prefabricated components and products according to blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions.
+ Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete mechanical and structural assemblies.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tape measurements to ensure accurate cuts, placements, and alignments.
+ Measure materials and components using tape measures and other measuring tools to maintain precise specifications.
+ Assist with general labor tasks in a prefabrication manufacturing environment, including material handling and staging.
+ Work with concrete, carpentry elements, and other construction-related materials as needed for assembly work.
+ Perform mechanical assembly tasks, including fitting, fastening, and securing parts to build complete units.
Qualifications
+ Hands on experience in a trade
+ Experienced with hand and power tools

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glen Allen, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
