SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Mechanical Assemblers for a manufacturing client in Hampshire, IL. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for an essential part of the client's core operations, ensuring that quality product is being assembled and examined in a timely manner.
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members!  Positions are long-term temporary and offer competitive compensation ($18/HR.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).  

Available shifts include:1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm

Responsibilities of the Mechanical Assembler:
  • Assembler products according to specifications
  • Follow documentation, prints, bills of material, etc. to properly assemble product
  • Examine parts being used on assemblies
  • Reject parts if unacceptable

Required Qualifications of the Mechanical Assembler:
  • Mechanically inclined; experience with hand, air, or power tools
  • 1+ year of previous related work experience in mechanical assembly
  • Familiarity with engines and hydraulics is a plus
  • Ability to read prints
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically windows system
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. when needed
