Overview
Apache Workforce is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for multiple industrial manufacturing partners. These roles involve hands-on assembly of mechanical systems, equipment, and components in a production shop environment.
This position offers long-term growth potential, including advancement into lead-level roles based on performance and experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Mechanical Assemblers may be responsible for:
  • Assembling mechanical components and sub-assemblies using blueprints and work instructions
  • Using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and basic powered equipment to complete assembly tasks
  • Installing mechanical parts such as frames, panels, piping, tubing, and hardware
  • Performing quality checks using measuring, alignment, and torque tools
  • Identifying and reporting defective materials or inconsistencies
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Supporting production flow and assisting other departments as needed
  • Following all safety procedures and manufacturing standards
  • Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of mechanical assembly or related manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and assembly instructions
  • Familiarity with mechanical systems, fasteners, and structural components
  • Experience with measuring tools (torque wrenches, levels, calipers, etc.)
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Forklift or material handling experience is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
  • Experience in ISO-certified manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with P&ID, ISO drawings, or fabrication prints
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, or CAD tools
Work Environment
Work is performed in an industrial shop environment and may involve:
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Standing, bending, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
  • Exposure to non-climate-controlled conditions
  • Use of PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe boots, hearing protection as needed)
  • Shifts up to 10 hours per day, up to 6 days per week depending on assignment
