Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

What You’ll Do
As a Mechanical Assembler, you’ll help produce a variety of industrial and water system products including pitless adapters, well seals, well caps, filters, yard hydrants, and more.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Assemble components and parts using hand tools and equipment
- Operate machinery such as arbor presses and bagging equipment
- Perform fastening and force-fitting operations on the assembly line
- Rotate between workstations based on production needs
- Inspect returned materials and assist with repairs or reconditioning
- Maintain accurate production counts and attendance records
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and efficient
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with repetitive assembly tasks throughout the day.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic math skills required
- Ability to read instructions, safety guidelines, and procedure manuals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Team player with a strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods during an 8-hour shift
- Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Use hands continuously for assembly tasks
- Comfortable working around machinery and manufacturing equipment
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/production setting
- Moderate noise level
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and industrial materials
