What You'll Be Building

You'll assemble industrial and water system products that are trusted across a variety of applications, including:

• Pitless adapters
• Well seals
• Well caps
• Filters
• Yard hydrants
• Additional industrial components

What You'll Do

• Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools
• Operate equipment such as arbor presses and bagging machinery
• Perform fastening, fitting, and assembly line operations
• Rotate between workstations to support production goals
• Inspect returned products and assist with repairs or reconditioning
• Maintain accurate production counts and documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and efficient

What We're Looking For

We're seeking dependable, experienced assemblers who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months to 1+ years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools and mechanical equipment
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read work instructions, safety procedures, and assembly documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude

Physical Requirements

• Stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift
• Frequently lift up to 25 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive hand and assembly tasks
• Work safely around manufacturing equipment and machinery

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production facility
• Moderate noise level
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
