What You'll Do

• Assemble mechanical housings, systems, and hardware
• Use hand and power tools (screwdrivers, drill guns, torque tools, pneumatic tools)
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and basic blueprints
• Install electronic assemblies and cables into mechanical enclosures
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Identify defects, document issues, and perform rework as needed
• Maintain inventory at your workstation
• Follow ESD, MSD/MSL, safety, quality, and 6S standards

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (training provided)
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working on your feet
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision

Physical Requirements

• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift
• Repetitive hand motions
• Lift up to 35 lbs
• Work with small to large components (magnification may be required)
