We are currently hiring for hybrid position - 50% packaging/shipping; 50% mechanical assembly work for high-performing blower and air knife designs company In Brea.
Job Title: Deburring/ Sheet Metal Assembly
Pay Rate: 19 ph
Schedule (Days and Time): Mon–Fri (7:30am - 4pm)
Job Duties/Responsibilities
• Experienced in packaging (in boxes and on pallets) & shipping using UPS Worldship, or FedEx online; LTL is a plus
• Mechanical assembly work (detailed oriented with hand and power tool experience)
Job Requirements
•Prepare and process outgoing shipments using FedEx and UPS WorldShip software.
•Generate shipping labels, invoices, and customs documentation as required.
-need to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must have great attendance record
Performs cutting and de-burring operations using the band saw, chop saw, sanding wheel, dremel and box knife and power tools (power drill, nail gun, etc)
-Performs minor electrical connections (system testing)
-Use of Calibrated equipment including calipers, torque wrenches, feeler gauges, as well as Shelf-Life products (i.e. Loc-Tite, Anti-Seize, etc.)
-Performs testing of Blower systems and Blower Heads, including Vibration testing
