The Mechanical Assembler II will provide reliable and timely support in the building of complex mechanical assemblies as follows:
- Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints, assembly drawings, and electrical/wiring schematics as needed.
- Ability to read and follow POD production order descriptions to assemble finished product.
- Analyze mechanical and operational aspect of tools and equipment use to assemble product.
- Install and assemble intricate components to complete final assembly.
- Ability to inspect product per engineering specification to ensure proper assembly.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify problems and communicate issues to supervisor or engineering.
- Ability to recommend ECR engineering request to improve process.
- Ability to write assembly procedures on final product.
- Comply with all other duties as needed to assist the company in attaining its objectives
