Mechanical Assembler | Temp-to-Hire

Partners Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler with hands-on experience in manufacturing or production environments.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision work and wants to grow into advanced equipment operation (forklift, overhead crane).

What You’ll Do:

• Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and torque tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions independently
• Assemble components involving hydraulic and electrical systems
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to production standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical diagrams
• Experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring devices
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Comfortable working 3rd shift in a production environment
