Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months to one year of mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends

Job Duties

• Assemble mechanical components
• Follow drawings, specifications, and manufacturing instructions
• Fasten, drill, align, and secure components
• Install and connect large panels and structural elements
• Verify proper fit and alignment
• Perform quality checks throughout assembly
• Ensure products meet safety and performance standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

What You Will Do

As a Mechanical Assembler you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
