echanical Assembler – Oil & Gas
?? Houston, TX 77041
?? $19.00/hour + potential overtime
?? Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
?? Temporary Assignment: Approximately 6 months
Seeking experienced Mechanical Assemblers to support a busy Oil & Gas manufacturing operation.
Job Duties:
- Assemble mechanical components and equipment according to specifications
- Read and follow work instructions and engineering specifications
- Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools for assembly
- Measure, fit, align, and install components
- Inspect completed assemblies for proper fit and quality
- Assist with moving and positioning materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all manufacturing and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Oil & Gas industry experience
- Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude
- Manufacturing crane operator experience preferred
- Basic English reading and writing skills preferred
