Job Description

Pay Range: $13.50hr - $18.50hr

Job Overview:

The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components of all product lines using correct tools and fixtures.
  • Test assembled products, troubleshoot, and resolve issues associated with assembly and testing.
  • Read blueprints, identify components, use pertinent hand tools, apply rework techniques, and operate equipment while dimensioning and setting tolerances for mechanical parts and assemblies.
  • Create labor records for all transactions.
  • Utilize guiding principles and manufacturing system tools to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Entry-level position; 0 to 3 years of relevant experience required.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All required PPE will be provided, with the exception of steel-toed boots, which must be supplied by the candidate.
