Shifts: DAY - 6:00am–2:30pm and SWING 2:00pm–10:30pm

Responsibilities and Essential Job Function:

•    Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings,

specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products

•    Utilize handheld tools such as a handheld screw and drill gun

•    Maintain inventory of product in workstations

•    Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards

•    Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified

•    Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes

•    Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures

•    Maintain a clean and safe work area

•    Read and Understand drawing, solder wire to solder cup connectors

•    Install hardware as required by drawing

•    Use and understand hand crimping tools, crimping of ferrules, lugs, pins and other contacts

•    Cable testing using cable scan tester, 

•    Familiar with basic hand tools, wire strippers, cutters, pliers, hand crimpers, scissors, soldering iron, heat gun

•     Label assemblies in accordance with drawing specifications




Education and Experience:

•    High school or equivalent.

•    Knowledge of wave soldering equipment operation and maintenance preferred.
