Shifts: DAY - 6:00am2:30pm and SWING 2:00pm10:30pm
Responsibilities and Essential Job Function:
Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings,
specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products
Utilize handheld tools such as a handheld screw and drill gun
Maintain inventory of product in workstations
Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards
Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes
Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Read and Understand drawing, solder wire to solder cup connectors
Install hardware as required by drawing
Use and understand hand crimping tools, crimping of ferrules, lugs, pins and other contacts
Cable testing using cable scan tester,
Familiar with basic hand tools, wire strippers, cutters, pliers, hand crimpers, scissors, soldering iron, heat gun
Label assemblies in accordance with drawing specifications
Education and Experience:
High school or equivalent.
Knowledge of wave soldering equipment operation and maintenance preferred.
