    Position Overview

    We are currently seeking a Panel Builder to join our assembly shop team in Sanford, Florida. This is not a remote work position. This role is ideal for candidates with some experience in building electrical panels or working in an electrical/technician position. While knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and AutoCAD is preferred, it is not mandatory. We are committed to training candidates who have experience with electrical panels and demonstrate a willingness to learn.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Utilize a variety of hand and power tools safely and proficiently.
    • Work efficiently with minimal but consistent supervision.
    • Wire panel devices according to provided electrical schematics.
    • Route and bundle wires and cables neatly, adhering to established electrical standards.
    • Ensure error-free products and consistent quality by checking work.
    • Keep a neat, efficient, and safe workplace.
    Requirements:
    • Good driving record and ability to use own transportation for work.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Willingness to travel locally and out of state with little or no notice (up to 20%).
    • Ability to obtain or maintain a passport and pass a background check.
    • Professional demeanor and appearance.
