Mechanical Assembler, Senior|7005

Title: Mechanical Assembler, Senior
Location: San Diego, CA - 92121
Duration: 6+ months contract
2nd Shift - 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr to $25.00/hr on W2

Minimum Requirements:
1+ year of Production and Vocational Assembly experience or related work experience.

Physical Requirements:
•Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 25 lbs.
•Performs required tasks standing for up to 2 hours at a time.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree or High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of Assembly experience.

Level of Responsibility:
•Works under supervision.
•Decision-making is limited to direct area work and/or work group.
•Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey information. May require basic negotiation, influence, tact, etc.
•Tasks require multiple steps which can be performed in various orders; some planning, problem-solving, and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively.
