We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Assembler/Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Bonne Terre, MO. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and fabrication of mechanical components for large industrial/mining equipment, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient production processes. Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications and blueprints.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various materials and techniques.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflows.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues as needed.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of production activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in welding or fabrication preferred.
• Proven experience as a mechanical assembler, welder, or fabricator.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
