    Job Summary

    The Mechanical Assembly Technician’s focus is to support the development, fabrication, and production of company products.

    Required Experience

    • Approximately 5 years of experience is required for this position
    • Strong experience with CNC machining is required
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical drawings/instructions and engineering drawings
    • Detail-oriented with strong commitment to continuous improvement and effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with mechanical assembly, fabrication and shop environments
    • Accustomed to working in a production facility environment inclusive of loud noises, standing for long periods of time with the ability to lift or move light to medium weight equipment and products.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Work with mechanical and electro-mechanical parts, tools, and equipment
    • Follow assembly procedures, drawings, and evolving prototypes and assist in the assembly of products
    • Perform quality inspections and functional tests on assembled products to verify proper operation and adherence to design specifications
    • Identify and resolve assembly issues, adjusting or reworking as necessary to correct defects or improve performance
    • Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, completed tasks, and any identified issues or solutions for quality control and process improvement
    • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine designs and manufacturability
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
