The ideal candidate enjoys working with tools, has strong mechanical aptitude, pays attention to detail, and is eager to learn. Training will be provided on our equipment and processes.ResponsibilitiesAssemble automotive parts and components to specificationsOperate a press to install and plug axles and related componentsUse a saw to cut axles and materials to specified lengthsOperate a manual lathe for basic machining operationsUse measuring tools to verify dimensions and accuracyInspect completed parts for quality and proper assemblyRecord materials used and maintain accurate inventoryKeep tools, parts, inventory locations, and work areas organizedFollow established safety and quality proceduresPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsStrong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on workWillingness to learn shop equipment and machineryAbility to follow instructions, measurements, and proceduresStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityDependable, team-oriented, and strong work ethicComfortable working in a fast-paced shop environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. unassistedTraining Provided: Press, saw, manual lathe, assembly procedures, measuring equipment, inventory processes, and other job-related equipment.Benefits: PTO, Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD,401K
