Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the multifamily construction market.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, and general contractors.
• Identify upcoming projects and position the company for future work.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations teams during pursuits.
• Assist with proposal strategy, presentations, and client meetings.
• Represent the company at networking and industry events.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and business development strategy.

Qualifications

• Business development experience within mechanical construction.
• Established relationships throughout the Arizona construction market.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of generating new business.
• Understanding of multifamily construction preferred.
