Responsibilities include adjudicating claims, verifying coverage, processing claims online, facilitating payments, handling inquiries, and maintaining detailed records.
Qualifications include 2+ years as a technician or Service Advisor (preferred), strong customer service skills, bilingual ability (preferred), proficiency with Microsoft Office, reliable work ethic, and onsite availability in Grapevine, TX.
