Description

  • Deliver engineering support to production and maintenance teams to meet plant objectives.
  • Lead full lifecycle projects from concept and scope through installation and final commissioning.
  • Manage furnace and thermal system upgrades, with a strong focus on combustion performance.
  • Develop technical specifications, coordinate vendor bids, and oversee contractor work.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues, particularly within combustion and thermal systems.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring delivery against timelines.
  • Monitor budgets, track spend, and maintain financial control over project execution.
  • Support long-term capital planning and contribute to multi-year investment strategies.
  • Ensure all safety documentation, protocols, and compliance requirements are met.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or project environments.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in thermal systems, combustion, or industrial furnaces (essential requirement).
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, heat transfer, and combustion processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and external contractors.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
