Job Overview:
Pay Range: $51.40hr - $66.71hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Experience working in Semi-conductor or Data Center industries is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, and heat exchangers.
- Knowledge of pressure vessels, compressors, and cooling systems.
- Knowledge of mechanical utility systems and process piping systems.
- Knowledge of packaged mechanical equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor execution testing and commissioning activities for subcontractors.
- Ensure detailed checkout and verified functionality checks are performed.
- Document results to meet the standards and requirements of the contract.
- Perform system walkdowns.
- Verify installation and system readiness.
- Monitor equipment performance.
- Document deficiencies.
- Coordinate vendors and construction support.
- Support turnover and acceptance testing.
- Ensure compliance with startup procedures and LOTO requirements.
