Design and develop medical device components, assemblies, and systems in compliance with product requirements, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Develop and maintain 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using Autodesk Revit.
Participate in model, design, and milestone reviews.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support successful project execution.
Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, safety, schedule, and project requirements.
Track design progress and provide regular status updates to project leads.
Required Skills:
4 6 years of mechanical design experience.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on Autodesk Revit experience.
Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and 2D drafting.
Experience with multidisciplinary engineering workflows and project execution.
Strong engineering drawing interpretation and design review skills.
Expertise in GD&T and engineering drawing standards.
Experience with tolerance stack-up analysis and fit/function verification.
Knowledge of DFMA principles and material selection.
Experience with BOM creation, engineering documentation, and configuration management.
Understanding of ASME, ISO, ANSI, and applicable industry standards.
Experience with PLM/PDM systems, engineering change management, and product lifecycle processes.
Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and client interaction skills.
